Damage Restoration came soon after our home was flooded during hurricane Milton. They packed up most of our house and moved everything to storage pods so drywall could be removed throughout the house. The only problems I had were with people I hired to replace the drywall. Damage Restoration did offer to set me up with their contacts for rebuilding the wall side of the house but I made the decision to go a different direction which ultimately delayed things and the repairs had to be repaired. Damage Restoration was very responsive to our needs and questions.

I cannot say enough about the professionalism and thoroughness that Joe and his team demonstrated. We had mold issues in our HVAC system and they coordinated perfectly with our HVAC company and all other trades involved so that we could move back into our home as quickly as possible. When we had a very unfortunate situation occur with a leak from the new HVAC system, Joe and his team were onsite immediately to remedy the situation and prevent any further growth from occurring. Communication was excellent from beginning to end. Our home was very thoroughly cleaned from top to bottom. Going through remediation is an overwhelming process and they were so supportive and relieved a lot of that stress. I would not hesitate to use them again!

I have had the best experience with Damage Restoration Inc, and all the crew that works with Joey Hill. Several years ago my home had water damage and had to put down new floors/ paint several rooms/ a lot of damage repair. Needless to say, I wasn’t well at the time and needed to pack up my entire home and move out…… along comes Joey Hill. The kindest and most patient soul you could ever hope to meet. He had to come over a few times to kindly encourage me that I HAD to pack and get out, and if I didn’t, his crew was coming in to do it for me! I packed, and with their help moved out. They laid beautiful mahogany vinyl plank flooring and tiled the bathrooms. Great paint job throughout the home. Restored all the damage. His crew ( which is family), were raised like people use to be. They treat you with respect, never put you down….. even when I had a million questions! I recently had to restore my dad’s home to be put on the market for sale. Without hesitation, I made a call to Joey Hill. They took a 21 year old home that was pretty bad, and made it look brand new! They restored things that most people told me was trashed. Not with the Hill brothers…..it is beautiful! I love every member of his family I’ve met, and will always know that if I need something….. they’ve got my back! I’ve made friends/ family for life! If you have restoration needs….don’t hesitate to call them.

Joe Hill and Damage Restoration did an amazing job on cleaning up my mold problem. They were very thorough and always answered my questions. They also used Thieves toxic free cleaning products throughout my home making it not only clean but healthy too. I highly recommend them.
